Purchases and subscriptions

Open Settings → Odysee Pro in the app to restore purchases or open subscription help. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in the Settings app under your Apple Account and Subscriptions. Billing and refund requests are handled by Apple.

Helpful details

Please include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, app version, selected language, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, payment information, or your Apple Account credentials.

Käufe und Abonnements

Öffne in der App Einstellungen → Odysee Pro, um Käufe wiederherzustellen oder die Abohilfe aufzurufen. Apple-Abonnements kannst du in den iOS-Einstellungen unter deinem Apple Account und „Abonnements“ verwalten oder kündigen. Abrechnung und Erstattungsanfragen werden von Apple bearbeitet.

Hilfreiche Angaben

Nenne bitte dein iPhone- oder iPad-Modell, die iOS-Version, die App-Version, die gewählte Sprache und eine kurze Beschreibung des Problems. Sende keine Passwörter, Zahlungsdaten oder Zugangsdaten deines Apple Accounts.
